Human centred design matters
As a CX/UX designer and researcher, I am the human connector between customer needs and business goals. I uncover pain points, report on insights, co-design and test solutions to align project goals with shared customer and business interests. It is an exciting endeavour to create, innovate and deliver user experiences that delight customers and benefit the business. I thrive on the road less travelled, excel in challenging situations, I pivot direction when the path is blocked and measure my successes along the journey. The final destination is the goal but it's the journey that matters.
