About
Hi, I’m Claudia, founder of Free Soul Design.
I’m a service designer with more than 15 years’ experience working where people, processes, content and technology meet. My work has spanned complex public services, customer and employee experience, digital products, user research, journey mapping, strategic storytelling, vision development and AI-supported design.
That experience has taught me how to make complex situations understandable, connect the details to the bigger picture and move from ideas into practical action.
I created Free Soul Design to bring that experience to small businesses in a more accessible, hands-on form.

Free Soul Design looks across the whole system and its touchpoints before recommending a solution. The work may involve simplifying a workflow, connecting existing tools, improving a customer journey, creating reusable content or introducing AI and automation where they genuinely help.
The goal is to create more freedom, not more work. Technology can fill the gaps so the business can work around the people, and you can focus on the work and the life that matter.
