Keep people involved in important decisions. Be transparent when AI is being used, check its outputs and protect the personal judgement and service that make the business valuable.
Choose tools that are fit for purpose. Consider permissions, access, vendor practices and the sensitivity of the information before connecting systems or introducing new technology.
Every project is different. We will talk openly about the information involved, the risks that matter and where human oversight should remain.
The aim is not to make technology sound frightening or complicated. It is to make deliberate choices so any change is useful, appropriate to the need and trusted by the people who rely on it.
I used it to explore ideas, develop content, create imagery and support the build. But AI didn’t decide what Free Soul Design should be, what it should say or how it should feel. Those decisions remained human.
That is how Free Soul Design uses AI: supporting human judgement, not replacing it.
Where specialist legal, privacy, cybersecurity or compliance advice is needed, I will identify that early and recommend the right expertise.
